Dr. Lim and his team have been taking care of my teeth for over a year now. I couldn't be happier! My teeth, mouth, and overall health are very happy to have found Dental Smiles WG. I had a very successful, pain-free, and much-needed oral surgery, referred by Dr. Lim, directly after starting with him. He listened to my concerns and took quick action that not only made my mouth feel healthy, but transformed how I felt overall. I can't thank him and his team enough for the great, personal care they give me every time I visit the office and for the incredible work they've done to keep my teeth shining.

I have been going to dr. Lim for a couple of years . Initially my treatment plan was quite daunting as I has neglected my teeth for many years. I needed a lot of work! Dr Lim has been amazing, patient, thorough and great with a needle. ( always gets me nice and numb so I don’t feel a thing) I am almost done and couldn’t be more thrilled to be able to smile once again. Thank you Dr. Lim, Leanne and your sweet assistant who’s name escapes me at the moment. I recommend dental smiles of Willow glen.

Been going to Dr Ray for 7 years now, and was finally happy to find a really great dentist after going through a few. He was recommended by a friend and I have never left. Now even my Wife goes here I can say from the front office and personal experience/touch they give is awesome. Dr. Ray gives you his personal cell number in case of emergencies. Great, Fast, and reliable work. Nearly painless.. (it is dental work so you have to expect some) but I never went under gas. And the follow up afterwards to make sure all is well. Not to mention the technology they use to remind you of appointments and confirming them, truly enjoy those!

Once I has in horrible painful experience, and called his cell phone and office, having to leave a voicemail, I at the time didnt know Dr Ray was on vacation, but he within hours he called me back and got me booked into another office where they were able to help me. Truly couldnt put a price on that experience/day or personal touch.

Having known Dr. Ray Lim for the past 3 years, I can, without a doubt say he’s not only one of the most knowledgeable and experienced Dentists, but one of the most dedicated professionals I’ve come across. As a practicing Dentist for over 40 years, he absolutely knows what he’s talking about it. Here’s what sets Dr. Lim apart: First, he does all of is own cleanings. I’m not aware of another dentist that does this. I’ve always been accustomed to meeting with the dentist for a few minutes and then having the hygienist spend the majority of the time with cleanings. Second, Dr. Lim generously opens his schedule to accommodate his patients, even if that means evenings or weekends. Third, Dr. Lim works with all age ranges, from 2yrs. old and up. And if you weren’t convinced with the quality of his service, Dr. Lim provides a 6-month warranty on his dental work. Again, I’ve yet to come across another practitioner with a comparable service warranty. If you’re searching for new dentist or seeking a second opinion, I encourage you to contact Dr. Ray Lim, you will be grateful you did.

Dr. Ray has always taken great care of my whole family, some friends and colleagues too. He's always available to call for advise. Ray is friendly, efficient and considerate of your time. He takes most insurance.

I have had the best experience here! When. I first moved to San Jose I came here for a cleaning, they were friendly and very professional. I moved to San Francisco and tried a dentist closer, my experience was awful so I quickly came back to Dental Smiles and got taken care of! Never trying another dentist!!

Dr Lim is hands down the best dentist I've ever been to. The office runs smoothly, I know the financial implications of all visits, and his work is impeccable.

Today I had an appt, regular general checkup/ clean. Everything went extremely smooth. Came in 20 minutes early, since I was a new patient to fill out and sign paperwork.

I recently had a full round of xrays and a teeth cleaning. Nobody (at least not me) LOVES going to the dentist, but from the the pleasure of being seen exactly at my appointment time, to Dr. Ray's calm approach and overall care - it was a great experience. Dr. Ray explains the procedures and treatment plan clearly and does not recommend services that you don't need or want.

Additionally, his office takes Delta Dental insurance but will also work with you if you don't have insurance. If you are looking for a new family dentist, I can't recommend Dr. Ray and Dental Smiles of Willow Glen.

I cannot thank Dr. Ray Lim of Dental Smiles of Willow Glen enough for his caring and calm dental care. I am a huge scaredy-cat when it comes to dentists, but Dr. Ray is gentle and explains everything he is about to do beforehand. He is so gentle that even children love him and his treatment.

He is thorough and wants to understand your dental history and provides a well thought-out dental plan and roadmap for future dental care needs. I could not afford all of the work (that I have put off) all at once, but have a plan of action for all my dental work over the course of this next year. He also offers some dental discount programs, and works with many types of dental insurance plans.

Dr. Ray is skilled at everything from general dentistry, to dental implants and cosmetic dentistry, to teeth whitening. He also has specialized training and certification in TMJ treatment, and has helped me with my teeth clenching issues.

My entire family is now going to Dental Smiles of Willow Glen for their dental care, and are very happy with their services. They even offer Saturday and evening appointments which suit most schedules. And one last thing that most dentists don't offer ---- he guarantees his work for 6 full months, so if anything happens in that time, Dr. Ray will make the necessary repairs/corrections until you are happy.

I appreciate and respect Dr. Lim's caring nature and attention to detail. I was hesitant to switch dentist's, but very happy I did. He is meticulous and does exactly what needs to be done. He explains everything clearly and leaves all questions answered. I highly recommend Dr. Lim for all of your dental needs.

This dentist and his team are great! I havent had such an easy going experience with dental visits until I came here. He is very skilled, preofessional, and knowledgeable.

I am one among millions who *hate* going to the dentist. I am embarrassed to admit how long it was between visits. I am so grateful to have found Dr. Ray. He is quick, kind, knowledgeable.
